What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Intentional Damage: Products that show signs of intentional harm, misuse, or alterations are not eligible for guarantee coverage.

Guarantee Terms:

  • Repair-Only Coverage: This guarantee does not offer refunds. Accepted claims are eligible for free repairs to restore the product to its intended functionality.

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim:

To make a claim under our guarantee, please email stallart.shop@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A document or receipt verifying the purchase.
  2. Description of the Damage: An explanation of the damage and how it occurred.
  3. Photos of the Damage: Clear photos that visibly show the damaged areas.

Important: Please include "GUARANTEE" in the subject line of your email for prompt processing.

Each claim is individually assessed, and we will contact you with further details once we review your submission.

Shipping and Repairs:

If your claim is approved, Stallart will cover shipping costs both ways and provide repairs at no additional charge to you.
